Terms of Service

Family Sentinel LLC, Texas · Effective: July 2026 · These terms are under attorney review; the governing signed agreement for enrolled households is the Service Authorization & Consent form.

1. The Service

Family Sentinel LLC ("we") provides fraud detection and alerting for enrolled household members: monitoring of authorized email, phone, and financial-transaction feeds, AI-assisted risk classification, and alerts to designated family contacts. The Service is advisory and read-only by default; optional Active Protection features are enabled only by separate written consent.

Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period; data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse, with notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by fraud that was not detected, alerts not acted upon, or outages of third-party services (Google, Microsoft, banks, carriers). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. No consequential damages.

6. Disputes

Texas law governs; venue in Denton County, Texas. Contact us first — most issues resolve with one email to hello@familysentinel.org.

7. Changes

We provide 30 days' notice of material changes to the Service or these terms.
